It's Building Operator Certification program, which launched classes in 2000, has rapidly established itself and has already added another level of training and certification.

Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships Building Operator CertificationThe Building Operator Certification (BOC) course, purchased by NEEP from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC), is a competency-based training and certification for building operators designed to improve the energy efficiency of commercial buildings. Operators earn certification by attending training sessions and completing project assignments in their facilities. The certification provides a credential for their professional development while also offering employers a way to identify skilled operators.
